My phone broke while I was visiting Miami, and I can’t express how grateful I am that we went to this store. I called ahead from a friend’s phone and Mo was so helpful right from the start. When I arrived, he immediately checked my phone, quickly figured out it was from overheating, and had it completely fixed in under 5 minutes. He made such a stressful situation so easy. I’m so thankful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone!

I had a fantastic experience at 1 Electronics! I just bought my daughter her very first iPhone, and everything was perfect. The staff was kind, helpful, and truly professional. They made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The store is absolutely spotless and smells amazing, just like 1 Hotel! That fresh, luxurious scent made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about their space and their customers. Highly recommend 1 Electronics for top quality service and a beautiful shopping environment. I recently visited 1 Phone Repair & Electronics and had a fantastic experience! The owner, Mo, is incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure my iPad was repaired efficiently. My screen was completely shattered, but Mo quickly fixed it and at a very reasonable price. He even gave me an estimated time for the repair and stuck to it perfectly. On top of the excellent repair service, the store also features an amazing boutique with some stylish finds that are perfect for anyone looking to stand out in Miami. Amazing customer service- did a repair on my iPhone that allowed me to backup my data to iCloud. Had I used Apple only, I would have lost everything since they would not repair the screen, only replace the phone, due to extensive damage to the rest of the phone. I would highly recommend this business
